If you are not satisfied with your order you may:
A) return or exchange it via shipping within 45 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. We will provide a return label to you upon request to return, and will adjust the refund amount by subtracting the shipping amount.
B) Return or exchange your purchase with a valid receipt to one of our 9 locations within 90 days of the original transaction date.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be accompanied by receipt and made in physical store. Online purchases can be returned using the above policy. Once returned you can place a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase and/or reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse. Quantity limits may be applied per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other account or order attribute.
